Arrival Time

             We recommend that you arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you ample time to truly prepare for your treatment and enjoy your self-care journey at our studio.

Gratuity

            Your satisfaction is what we care the most, 20% gratuity will be much appreciated. Show your massage therapist how you enjoy the treatment by leaving them the gratuity to support their hard work and dedication.

Appointment Information

              We offer our busy clients a reliable timetable therefore arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing your full benefit and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

              Please allow 48-Hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the appointment. No show appointments will incur a 100% charge.

Loss OR Damage

              We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you in your treatment room during your visit.

Retail

              To continue your spa regimen at home, the product used in the treatments are available to be purchased to support a good wellness lifestyle.

 

Pregnancy

              We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimester. Please let us guide you in selecting a treatment, taking into consideration of your wellbeing during this special time.

 

Age requirements

              The minimum age to access the studio is 18 unless the document has been executed by a parent or an authorized guardian of the minor.

 

Cleanliness

              Our massage studio always upheld strict hygiene protocols. We care about the wellbeing of our clients and colleagues. It’s our number one priority to provide a safe environment during your visit. Our treatment rooms and equipment are sanitized after each use and all areas enhanced cleaning procedures have been implement in.
